As you work through the pre-registration process, please be aware of the following:

• If you are a new user, please make note of your password and session key, both will be needed if you begin your registration and need to finish it at a later time.

• Parent contact emails MUST be unique.  Parents cannot share an email in SchoolTool.

• When selecting the number of contacts to enter, this number includes any emergency contact information.

• Required forms (birth certificate, proof of address, etc.) need to be uploaded on the Registration Form page.

• If your child will participate in athletics, please be sure to select the Athletic Participation Form on the appropriate screen.

Please be sure to save your work.  The platform does timeout.  If entering information for more than one child, the recommendation is to complete the process for one child, save and then go back in to complete another child.
