To register your child(ren) at Onondaga Central School District:

• Start Online Pre-Registration.
• Under Relationship screen, please designate one individual as a medical emergency contact. This individual should not be parent or guardian of child.

Non-School Age Children

Central Registration is offering families the opportunity to register their non-school age child(ren) when registering their school age children. With this information the District can inform families of information relevant to their non-school age child(ren).

- 2 Proofs of Residency

- Proof of Age

Additional documents not required at Pre-Registration

• Physical and immunizations

Additional documents that may be necessary:

• Recent Report Card (if available)
• Guardianship/Custody Papers (if applicable)
• IEP for current CPSE students
• Foster Parent Form (DSS-2999)
